Reviews on herbal supplements and vitamins telling you whats hot and whats not
I have had problems with back pain for years now. I hate taking muscle relaxers as most of them make me feel either strange or make me sleepy. I have been looking for a natural alternative to these and have been very pleasantly suprised by using a combination of Valerian Root and Passion Flower. In addition to the muscle relaxant qualities, it does help me sleep at night
I also have problems with insomnia so that was a big relief to find. I have tried several different things to help me sleep including most of the over the counter remedies which are al diphenhyrdamine or Benadryl. None of them really did anything for me other than dry out my sinuses and my nose and mouth.
I found a great combination of this herb at Wonder Labs that works very well for me. It is a combination of Valerian Root, Passiflora and Magnesium Carbonate. It does not make me sleepy if I take it during the daytime. I usually take 2 at a time during the day and 3 at bedtime. I can tell a big difference in my muscle cramps since starting this regimen!

My mom used to make us drink Valerian Root tea when we where sick. I’m not really sure what it did, but I know we used to call it “stinky sock tea” because it smelled and tasted so bad! lol
I use Valerian and my husband calls them my stinky pills lol so I know very well what you are referring to. They work very well though so I deal with the stink!
